Studio Space Rental for Independent Classes & Workshops
Need a space to host your next workshop or your wellness-related classes? In addition to offering the studio space for private classes, we also welcome other community members to use the space during available time slots. The following does not apply to Lyric-sponsored workshops.
Ongoing Weekly Classes (minimum 8 weeks duration)
· Basic - Weekday daytime (Mon-Fri before 4 pm) - $20/hour
· Standard - Weekends (Sat or Sun, anytime) - $25/hour
· Prime - Weekday evenings (Mon-Fri 4:00-9:30 pm) - $25/hour
Rental Benefits
Supplies Available: Yoga mats and blankets, blocks, straps and bolsters are available for renters' use.
Rental Guidelines
Lyric's practice area is shoes-free. Shoes can be removed and stored in the cubbies near the front. Any furniture or equipment must be lifted to be moved, and returned to its original state before you leave. If opening/closing the studio, we ask that you follow studio protocol as explained to you. Rental time not available on any holidays when Lyric is closed. If your day/time falls on one of these holidays, you will not be charged.
Advertising
Your rental includes limited advertising through Lyric. If you provide a flyer, we will put copies in our studio. Your event also will also be listed on our website, with a link to your website, if provided. Important Note: You will be listed as a class offering that is independent from Lyric. Our Disclaimer will read: This is an independent class. Lyric Yoga and Wellness does not take responsibility for the content, safety, or teacher qualifications. For this information, please ask the instructor.
