LifeForce Yoga to manage your mood

In this time of increased stress and tension, we all need ways to untie the karmic knots that are stored in the body. In this workshop, you will be guided  through breathing exercises, postures, meditation and other yogic tools designed to manage your mood. LifeForce Yoga® provides us the safe container to release the chronic tensions that are held in the physical, energetic, and emotional bodies.

 

 During this workshop you will learn:

·    Pranayama and kriya to lift and balance the mood

·    Mantras and mudras that calm and enhance your yoga practice

·    Sankalpa (creating affirmation)

·    Bhavana (guided visualizations)

·    Deep relaxation
