Weekly classses are ongoing, no pre-registration required.  Just come about 10 minutes before class is scheduled to begin.

All-Level Adult Hatha Yoga
These classes feature breathwork and traditional yoga postures with the goal of increasing strength and flexibility.  In addition, a Hatha Yoga practice aims to heighten awareness and enable relaxation.  Classes that are open to all levels are appropriate for everyone, including beginners.  Modifications are offered to beginners; and, when appropriate, a variation for more experienced yogis in the room is offered in order to get deeper into the posture.
*Friday's "Yoga Happy Hour":  As an ongoing special, bring a guest for FREE each week to share in the fun!

Yoga for a Healthy Back
Wellness begins with a healthy spine!  And in our western culture of hours spent sitting and deskwork, our spine needs some extra TLC!  For thousands of years, the techniques of yoga have been used for health and longevity. Yoga for a Healthy Back uses these ancient techniques to help you free your spine creating health in the whole body. We focus on using asana and pranayama to lengthen the spine and strengthen the back muscles. Classes each week will build on each other, focusing on how to do poses in a safe way... knowledge you can carry with you into the yoga room for all your classes!  "Yoga for a Healthy Back" is suitable for all levels of experience and mobility.  This class meets on Fridays at 11:00am, and is open to students of all levels.  As with all our ongoing weekly classes, no pre-registration is required.
